Blue Microphones releases Spark

Blue, a well-respected manufacturer of fine microphones for studios of every budget (as well as for live sound reinforcement), has announced the upcoming release of Spark, a new, multi-purpose recording condenser microphone with a specialized Focus control, capable of producing a tighter, more direct sound.

Spark, a large-diaphragm consdenser microphone, will be available in November, and will be sold with a custom shockmount and pop filter for studio use. Priced at an MSRP of $199, the Spark could potentially be a terrific workhorse mic for any studio.
